The Soirées d’Écoute Publique (ecoutemtl.ca) invite you once again this year to discover some of the finest audio and radio work being done today with a feature-length listening session in a movie theatre. The program includes the 2017 short- form winner of the Canadian Le réel à l’écoute competition, followed by a particularly engrossing long-form Belgian work. A session without images, where the imagination confronts reality.
