Discussion : What Democracy ?

In What is Democracy?, filmmaker Astra Taylor explores the foundations of democracy, and the serious challenges now facing the idea itself. Around the world, people are questionning voting systems and elections are failing to bring people together. A round table of experts will have a in-depth discussion of the crises now facing numerous democratic systems.
