The popular Rough Cut Lab is back as an in-depth virtual workshop featuring a filmmaker in conversation with a panel of internationally renowned experts. The filmmaker’s work-in-progress will be screened in full, via a secure online platform, for the film crew, panellists and Forum RIDM audience starting at 9 a.m. Then, at 11 a.m., the discussion will explore issues around creative editing, festival strategies and marketing – key questions at this crucial point in a project’s life cycle. The panel may include festival programmers, editors, and representatives of exhibitors and distributors.
