Where can I buy my tickets for films screening at the Festival?
As of October 20th, you will be able to purchase tickets to the film screenings directly on our website. We strongly recommended you purchase your ticketsin advance
During the Festival, you will also be able to purchase tickets in person at the following venues:

Can I purchase a passport to see all the film screenings?
Unfortunately, because of the pandemic and the need to keep a register of all persons attending each event, there are no all-access passports this year. Howver you can purchase a ticket to any film to secure your seat.
A 2$ rebate per ticket is automatically offered if you buy 5 of more tickets at the same time.
I am not vaccinated, can I still come to the Festival?
No. Since September 1st, 2021, cinemas and event venues must request to see the proof of having received two doses of the vaccine and a valid I/D. for all persons wishing to participate in the activities offered inside the venue. Vaccination and I.D. checks will be done systematically at the entrance of each venue.

I purchases a ticket for a physical screening, but I am showing signs of COVID-19. What should I do?
For the safety and security of everyone, we ask that you stay home if : - You are presenting symptoms of COVID-19 (extreme fatigue, dry couch, fever, sudden loss of smell or taste); - You have been in contact with a suspected or confirmed case of infection in the past 14 days; - You are awaiting your test results. TICKETS FOR THE ONLINE PLATFORM
A passport to the online platform gives me access to what exactly?
A passport gives you access to all the films of the Festival that are available online, available for viewing during the given schedule of their respective Bloc.
A subscription to a Bloc gives me access to what exactly?
A subscription gives you access to all the films included in that Bloc, to be viewed during its period of availability online. For more detaisl on the films included in each bloc, visit:
- BLOC 1: Accessible from Nov 14 at midnight until Nov 17 at 11:59pm
- BLOC 2: Accessible from Nov 18 at midnight until Nov 21 at 11:59pm
- BLOC 3: Accessible from Nov 22 at midnight until Nov 25 at 11:59pm
Can I buy a ticket for only one film online?
You have to buy a subscription to the Bloc that includes that particular film. You cannot purchase access to only one individual film online.
Can I share my access code with other people?
No. Access to the platform is not transferable to another person.
Can I start watching a film and come back to it at another time?
Yes, as long as you finish viewing the film before the end of its period of availability on the platform.
I purchased a passport for the online platform. Can I also go see the screenings at the Festival?
No. The passeport gives you access only to the films available online. To go see a film at one of our cinemas, you must purchase a ticket separately
Why can't I view the films when I'm located outside of Canada?
Access to viewing the documentary films of pour programming is limited to Canada for reasons linked to film distribution rights. It is therefore not possible to view the films on our platforms if you are located outside of the country.
What is your refund policy?
No exchanges or refunds. All items are final sales.
