National Short and Medium-Length Competition

Jill, Uncredited Anthony Ing

She has lived in ancient Greece and the Middle Ages. She has had a brush with death. She has worked as a nurse, a maid, a soldier. She has been very rich and very poor. She has danced a lot. She has been afraid. She has wept, but she has also comforted. Jill Goldston has done it all. And, for once, her name is the first to appear in the credits. In this short collage of excerpts, Anthony Ing takes us on a journey through 50 years of film and television, paying tribute to all those who remain in the background—but, above all, to Jill. (MAS)
