Where can I find the details of the programming?

What films are part of the Official Competition?

Please visit the Juries and Awards page for all the information on the films selected for our official competition. 

 

Are there any free activities?

Free activities open to the public will be held at the Cinémathèque Québécoise, including:

  • Two Round Tables
  • 25 years of INIS: From Strength to Strength
  • Les Vidéographes: The Duty of Remembrance
  • CISM's live recording of Champs Libre 
  • Radio Canada's La soirée de la relève

More info can be found in the RIDM Activities section. Anyone attending the free activites must show a proof of vaccination and valid I.D.

 

ONLINE PROGRAMMING

How can I access the online streaming platform?

Once your subscription or passport has been purchased, head over to our viewing platform: enligne.ridm.ca

Your Login name is the email you used to make your purchase, and the password is your family name (with no spaces, dashes or special characters).

 

Who can access the programming?

The programming is exclusively available for viewing in Canada.

People holding a subscription, passport or accreditation can log in the viewing platform at enligne.ridm.ca and stream the films included in their bundle.

 

Will all the films screened in theatres during the Festival also be available on the online platform? 

Almost all the films screened at the Festival will also be available online. The films not available on the platform are:

  • A Night of Knowing Nothing
  • Cow
  • The films of the Vitaly Mansky Retrospective (except sauf Gorbachev. Heaven)
  • The films presented as part of special activities:
    • 25 years of INIS: From Strength to Strength
    • Les Vidéographes: The Duty of Remembrance
    • The shorts of the Familly screenings

Which films are included in each Bloc?

You can find a list of all the films included in each Bloc here.

 

What are the periods of availability per Bloc?

  • BLOC 1: Accessible from November 14 to 17
  • BLOC 2: Accessible from November 18 to 21
  • BLOC 3: Accessibles from November 22 to 25

 

Until what time can I watch a movie on the last day of its section?

The films will be available until 11:59 p.m. on the last day of their sections. If you start a movie at 11:59 p.m. on that day without refreshing your browser and staying on the movie's play page, you will be able to watch it until the end.
