- The RIDM Passport is nominative and non-transferable;

- The Passport gives access to all regular screenings of the festival, the opening screening and the closing screening;

- The Passport is valid for one seat per screening, subject to availability;

- The Passport doesn't guarantee access to a screening. A portion of the venues is reserved for Passport owners, but we advise you to arrive early to have access to the busy sessions;

- There is no further booking step to take (we do not provide $0 tickets for specific sessions to passport holders).

Please note that the 6-ticket Package must be exchanged for screening tickets in order to have access to the screenings. The 6-ticket Package is in fact a code that can be used 6 times to reserve the screening.s of your choice. Once purchased, a confirmation email will be sent to you containing this code. You may use your 6-ticket Package to book multiple tickets for the same screening. You do not need to reserve all 6 tickets at once; reservations can be made at different times throughout the festival. Exchanges can also be made in person at the box office during the festival.

Exception: The 6-ticket Package does not allow you to reserve tickets for the opening night screening (Letters From Wolf Street, séance 001, November 20, 6:30 PM). It also does not allow you to reserve for the Cinéma Public screening (only passport owners have access); you can purchase a ticket for this screening via Cinéma Public box office.

- If you select a reduced rate (student & 65+), proof of identity may be required on site;

To reserve group tickets, please contact the box office at billetterie@ridm.ca. This rate is for 10 people who wants to book the same screening together. The 10 tickets must be for the same session and reservation made by one person only.

RIDM + Forum + One-on-One Pitches Pass holders will have access to:

- All professional activities of the Forum RIDM;

- A whole day at the One-On-One Pitches event (15 minutes "speed dating" meetings with public and private broadcasters, distributors, sales agents, festival programmers, institutions, fund representatives, and co-producers from here and abroad);

- Access to One-on-One pitches matchmaking platform (b.square) to organise your meetings. You will receive a link to create your account once you have paid and filled out the incription form. Please read the form and the confirmation email very carefully;

- All reguler screenings of the festival. (A quota of seats is reserved for pass holders. However, access to the venue will be prioritized on a first come first served basis and we suggest you arrive early. Make sure to show your pass at the entrance for every screening or event you are attending.)

Student Forum Pass holders have access to :

- All professional activities of the RIDM Forum (except One-on-One Pitches);

- Access to Pitch sessions and Expert Tound Table is subject to availability.
