- The RIDM Passport is nominative and non-transferable

- The Passport gives access to all regular screenings of the festival including the opening night (but not the closing night)

- The Passport is valid for one seat per screening, subject to availability.

- The Passport doesn't guarantee access to a screening. A portion of the venues is reserved for Passport owners, but we advise you to arrive early to have access to the busy sessions

- There is no further booking step to take (we do not provide $0 tickets for specific sessions to passport holders)

Please note that the 5-ticket package must be exchanged for screening tickets in order to have access to the screenings. The 5-ticket package is in fact a code that can be used 5 times to reserve the screening or screnings of your choice. Once purchased, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you containning this code. You can use your 5-ticket package to reserve multiple tickets to the same screening. You do not need to reserve all 5 tickets at once; will be able to make your reservations at several moments during the festival. Exchanges can also be made at the box office in person during the festival. 

Exception: The 5-ticket package does not allow you to reserve the opening night (001 | Preparations for a Miracle | Tobias Nölle, Théâtre Outremont, November 20, 7:00 PM) or closing night (129 | Ninan Auassat : Nous, les enfants | Kim O’Bomsawin, Cineplex Odeon Quartier Latin, November 30, 7:30 PM). It also does not allow you to reserve for the families screening (140 and 141) as they are already at a reduced rate.

Terms:

- Please present your ticket directly on your smartphone or printed at the entrance of the venue;

- If you select a reduced rate (student & 65+), proof of identity may be required on site;

- No latecomers allowed, your seat is no longer guaranteed once the screening time has passed.

- No exchanges or refunds, all sales are final.

To reserve group tickets, please contact the box office at billetterie@ridm.ca. This rate is for 10 people who wants to book the same screening together. The 10 tickets must be for the same session and reservation made by one person only.  

On Sunday mornings, the RIDM are presenting screenings and activities for the whole family!

RIDM + Forum + One-on-One Pitches Pass holders will have access to:

- One-on-One pitches meetings with broadcasters, distributors, fund representatives, sales agents, festival and market programmers and co-producers from abroad who will be present;

-Access to One-on-One pitches matchmaking platform (b.square) to organise your meetings.

- All days of professional activities of the Forum RIDM;

- Their project listed in a catalog given to all other One-to-One Pitches industry representatives;

- All the screenings of the festival, excluding the opening and the closing night

A quota of seats is reserved for pass’ holders. However, access to the venue will be prioritized on a first come first served basis and we suggest you arrive early. Make sure to show your pass at the entrance for every screening or event you are attending.

RIDM + Forum Pass holders will have access to:

- All the screenings of the festival, excluding the opening and the closing night; A quota of seats is reserved for pass’ holders. However, access to the venue will be prioritized on a first come first served basis and we suggest you arrive early;

- All RIDM special activities;

- All days of professional activities of the Forum RIDM;

- This pass does not grant you access to the Face-à-face

Student Forum Pass holders have access to :

All professional activities of the RIDM Forum (except the Face-to-Face)
