The Forum will take place online from November 12-19, 2020.
The platform will remain accessible to view certain contents until November 22nd.

DOES MY ACCREDITATION TO THE FORUM INCLUDE ACCESS TO THE ONLINE FILM VIEWING PLATFORM?
No, unless you purchased the RIDM + All Access Forum accreditation.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE LIST OF PARTICIPANTS?
Go to the page RIDM> Community and enter your email and the access code you received after submitting your inscription form.
HOW CAN I CONTACT THE OTHER PARTICIPANTS?
If you have an "All Access" accreditation with the One-on-One option, you should have received a code by email to access the online community. Head over to this page to access information and contacts of the other participants.

Cancelling your accreditation is possible until October 19, for a 50% refund. No refunds will be possible after this date.
The opening hours for Customer Support are the following:

HOW DO I JOIN THE FORUM EVENTS ONLINE?
To find the full schedule and register for the various activities, please go to the Forum RIDM Connecté platform.
1. Your link to the platform is indicated in your ticket, received by email.
2. Your personal access code is the barcode on the left side of your ticket.
Once on the platform, you may build your own personal schedule by reserving your spot to the desired activities.
WHEN CAN I REGISTER FOR ACTIVITIES WITH LIMITED PLACES (EXPERT ROUNDTABLES + FUNDS)?
48 hours before the beginning of the activity:
Funds - Saturday, November 14 starting at 8 am
Experts - Tuesday, November 17 from 8 am
WHAT IS THE PERIOD OF AVAILABILITY FOR THE ACTIVITIES?
The platform will be available until November 22 to access the replay of certain activities.
