PROFESSIONAL PAIRING FOR EMERGING PARTICIPANTS EN COLLABORATION WITH DOC QUÉBEC! 

 

Do you wish to network with documentary professionals, but are still unsure about how to do it? Forum RIDM offers to match you with an experienced producer member of DOC Quebec who can guide you and introduce you to his contacts throughout the event.

 

Why should you participate?

The goal of this pairing is to allow a handful of creators to break the ice and to achieve impromptu and friendly meetings in a relaxed atmosphere, with the help and chaperoning of a seasoned professional.

We accept a total of six applications. The filmmakers and producers coming from outside of the city center are welcomed!

 

When can you participate ?

Eligibility

• You are an emergent director and/or producer residing in Quebec*;

• You have created or produced a minimum of one short or feature documentary (apart from any school curriculum);

• You purchased a Forum RIDM accreditation;

*Filmmakers and producers coming from outside of Montreal are welcome!

• Un minimum of 3 meetings are planned between you and your mentor: one before the festival to get to know each other and two during Forum RIDM (time and place to be determined between mentor and mentee)
