Montreal, Thursday, April 16, 2026 — The Montreal International Documentary Festival (RIDM) announce the appointment of Ana Alice de Morais as Director of Forum RIDM.

The RIDM welcome Ana Alice de Morais as Director of Forum RIDM. A member of the RIDM team since 2021, she is stepping down from her role as Co-Artistic Director of the festival to take on the leadership of Forum RIDM. With extensive experience in film production, she had already been responsible for Forum RIDM’s programming over the past three editions. She will now take on a more strategic role within this major professional market—the only one dedicated to documentary in Quebec.
