Lessons in Cinema: Xi Feng’s Perspective on Editing

Through excerpts from Shifting Baselines, La Garde blanche, Caiti Blues and Les ombres lumineuses, Xi-Feng invites us into her world: the world of editing, where images are reimagined and stories are transformed. This master class explores the narratives that are developed in the edit, the artistic choices that shape it and the ways rhythm, the pairing of images and silence can open up new perspectives on a film.

This discussion will be held in English. Live translations via AI will be available for this activity.
