In Mexico, the keen pain of the loved ones of missing persons deepened by a lack of understanding, injustice and a lack of recourse. To bring this internal suffering to light, a group of women takes part in a project of creation and research that takes the form of a cathartic performance. In a warehouse transformed into a symbolic space dedicated to externalizing pain and frustration, they engage in reenactments, exchanges, and role-playing situations relating to their daily lives as the mothers, sisters or spouses of people whose lives were suddenly taken. Their stories resonate until the echo of their distress meets that of the others, bringing forth a poignant ode to sisterhood and solidarity. (MB)
