For the past few years, the CCA has been interested in using film as a curatorial tool to approach an object of study and its environment, to discover the complexities that condition its being and becoming, to take the pulse of reality and the multiple perspectives that shape it and to develop a point of view towards it.
We discovered that film documents as much as it evokes, records as much as it questions. We invite you to join us for a presentation of the CCA's most recent documentary, À travers l'île, followed by a conversation on the idea of film as a curatorial tool.
